Chef Daniel "Dani" Molinos

From working in upscale restaurants to building a humble family business

during a pandemic, Chef Dani is on a mission to immortalize his family's

delicious and comforting recipes

through Shun's Little Kitchen.

Shun’s Little Kitchen is the brainchild of Chef Daniel “Dani” Molinos.

From a very young age, Chef Dani has always demonstrated his passion for food and cooking. It is a life skill he has learned from his parents, who are both talented and experienced home cooks.

Chef Dani has since pursued his dream of becoming a chef.  He graduated in St. Paul University - Manila, with a Culinary Arts degree.

 

He had interned in the prestigious SALT, a fine-dining restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Hotel (Florida, USA), serving as a garde manger cook.

 

He had also worked with the Champagne Room team of the iconic Manila Hotel.
